About Dr. Bob

Clinical perspective, translated into practical guidance.

With more than 36 years of experience in musculoskeletal care and ergonomics, Dr. Robert Rosenberg specializes in helping people work and live more comfortably through practical adjustments—not quick fixes or invasive approaches.

A Florida-licensed chiropractor and former paramedic, Dr. Bob brings a deep understanding of movement, work demands, and the everyday habits that influence comfort. Aligned In Motion keeps that expertise focused on education, ergonomics, and workplace wellness.

The goal is simple: reduce strain, support resilience, and improve quality of life.

Common questions

Before you book.

Why is the individual assessment $295?

The session draws on decades of musculoskeletal and ergonomics experience and provides individualized, practical recommendations—not an automated report or generic checklist.

Do you accept insurance?

No. Services are educational and consultative and are not billed to insurance. Payment is required at booking.

Can you diagnose or treat my condition?

No. Aligned In Motion does not diagnose, treat, or provide hands-on care. The focus is workstation setup, daily habits, and environmental factors that may contribute to strain.

Why not just buy a better chair or desk?

Equipment can matter, but setup and habits matter too. Many clients already own quality equipment that has not been positioned or used well.

Is this a one-time session?

Most individuals find a single session sufficient. A 30-day optimization check-in is available for $75, with no ongoing requirement.

Is this appropriate for serious pain or injury?

This service is best for prevention, optimization, and mild to moderate discomfort related to work or study. Significant or worsening symptoms should be discussed with an appropriate medical provider.
